As we have seen, there are far too many variables out there that can go either way. This brings about an enormous amount of uncertainty. The good news is that heightened uncertainty if managed well, leads to wealth creation of epic proportions. Therein lies the challenge in today’s investment environment. We remain fully convinced that investing in technology-enabled new-age businesses will bring in the best riskadjusted returns over the long term. Specifically, the team will continue focusing on portfolio company cash positions and fundraising exercises to ensure they thrive in these uncertain times. The recent spate of fundraising at our portfolio companies is testimony to the successful implementation of this strategy and a bright future for the Fund.
